Trianglosophy...

While we have your attention, a few things we think you may want to know...Triangle is a culture built around a few principles that drive its very existence. We try hard to do things a little differently, a unique spin if you will.

First, we believe to be a great restaurant, you need to have great food. We source as much of our food locally as possible. We use beef from cattle herds that are raised exclusively on South Carolina grass pasture. These yummy cows come from McCutchen Farms in Kingstree and Hill Creek Farms in Darlington. Also, as a service to our guests, we are a drop site for a local farm's CSA program...Hudson Family Farm in Rowesville is also one of our sources for local produce.

Second, we believe that to be a productive member of a community, you should use any resources available to you to give back. To this end, we started and continue our annual Avondale 5K run to benefit the Charles Webb center, our kick off to Summer Memorial day party to benefit the Charleston Animal Society; we implemented a" Happy Hour for a Cause" program, Platinum Sponsors of Both the St Andrews Parks and Recreation Dept. and The Mt Pleasant Recreation Dept. We are the title sponsor of The Annual Charlie Post Race, The Flippin Flounder 5K, and are gold sponsors of the annual Spinning for Patti sons cycling event.

Third is our attention we pay to our environment and the impacts our actions have on it. Being a good steward is always forefront in our decision process. We recycle all glass, metal, plastic, cardboard and cooking oil. We recycle light bulbs, batteries, and computer equipment. We compost all paper and food waste. We repurpose items in our design...things like old car and truck hoods for tables, discarded pallets for wall coverings, old booths remanufactured to new again. We use LED lighting, post-consumer recycled to-go boxes,

Lastly, our use of local tradesmen, artists and creativity in our design create a high energy, fun environment. When you visit us, we want you to relax, have a pint of beer made from a craftsman, a locally sourced meal prepared with good health in mind and treated like you're at our home.
